Who We Are

"Together - Empowering Students"

"I believe strongly that youth are our future, and their education during the K to 12 years is of vital importance. We're grateful that you partner with us to help give students equal opportunities to succeed in school."
     - Ed Poli, NLSF President

Nanaimo-Ladysmith Schools Foundation is a registered charity directed by a Board of community volunteers who raise funds to help vulnerable students, to support Enhanced Learning Initiatives, and to solicit scholarships and bursaries to encourage graduating high school students to continue their education at a college or university. All donations are managed in the Foundation's own bank and investment accounts. A professional accountant serves as Treasurer and oversees financial activity and annual reporting.
